解凍 Defrost 將雞胸隨手包從冷凍庫取出後,無須拆封, 直接泡入熱水中浸泡15-20分鐘, 雞肉摸起來退凍軟化即可食用。
Take out the chicken breast from the freezer without removing the packaging. Directly submerge the package in hot water and soak for 15-20 minutes. The chicken is defrosted and softened to the touch and ready to eat. |
鍋煎 Pan-frying 將雞胸隨手包從冷凍庫取出後,無須拆封, 直接泡入熱水,浸泡15-20分鐘。 待雞胸退凍後放入冷鍋中,兩面各煎30秒, 表面呈現金黃色即可。
Take out the chicken breast from the freezer without removing the packaging. Directly submerge the package in hot water and soak for 15-20 minutes. Once the chicken is thawed, place it in a cold pan. Fry each side for 30 seconds until the surface turns golden brown.

氣炸鍋 Air-Frird 將雞胸隨手包從冷凍庫取出後, 撕開包裝後放入氣炸鍋, 設定180度,約6-8分鐘即可食用。
After taking the chicken breast out of the freezer, Tear open the package and put it in the air fryer. Set 180 degrees and serve in about 6-8 minutes. |
