雞胸隨手包
 Chicken Breast (100g)

 

解凍 Defrost

將雞胸隨手包從冷凍庫取出後,無須拆封

直接泡入熱水中浸泡15-20分鐘

雞肉摸起來退凍軟化即可食用。

 

Take out the chicken breast from the freezer

without removing the packaging.

Directly submerge the package in hot water and 

soak for 15-20 minutes.

The chicken is defrosted and softened to the touch and

ready to eat.

鍋煎 Pan-frying

將雞胸隨手包從冷凍庫取出後,無須拆封

直接泡入熱水,浸泡15-20分鐘。

待雞胸退凍後放入冷鍋中,兩面各煎30秒

表面呈現金黃色即可。

 

Take out the chicken breast from the freezer

without removing the packaging.

Directly submerge the package in hot water and

soak for 15-20 minutes.

Once the chicken is thawed, place it in a cold pan.

Fry each side for 30 seconds until the surface turns

golden brown.

 

微波爐 Microwave

將雞胸隨手包從冷凍庫取出後,

撕開包裝一角再放入微波爐,

設定650W,約2-4分鐘即可食用。

 

Take out the chicken breast from the freezer.

Tear open one corner of the packaging,

then place it in the microwave.

Set the microwave to 650W for 2-4 minutes.

氣炸鍋 Air-Frird

將雞胸隨手包從冷凍庫取出後,

撕開包裝後放入氣炸鍋,

設定180度,約6-8分鐘即可食用。

 

 

After taking the chicken breast out of the freezer,

Tear open the package and put it in the air fryer.

Set 180 degrees and serve in about 6-8 minutes.

 

 

雞胸爆量包
Chicken Breast (170g)

 

解凍 Defrost

將雞胸爆量包從冷凍庫取出後,無須拆封

直接泡入熱水中浸泡20-25分鐘

雞肉摸起來退凍軟化即可食用。

without removing the packaging.

Directly submerge the package in hot water and 

soak for 20-25 minutes.

 Chicken-Dumplines

 

微波爐 Microwave

將冷凍千張餃,撕開包裝一角後放入微波爐,

設定650W,約6-8分鐘即可食用。

 

Put the frozen chicken-dumplings into the microwave

after tearing off a corner of the package.

Set the microwave to 650W for 6-8 minutes.

氣炸鍋 Air-Frird

將冷凍千張餃撕開包裝後放入氣炸鍋,

設定180度,約8-10分鐘即可食用。

 

Tear the frozen chicken-dumplings out of the package

and put them into the air fryer.

Set to 180 degrees and serve in about 8-10 minutes.

 

鍋煎 Pan-frying

準備鍋子並放入50cc純淨水

將冷凍的千張餃放入鍋中,轉開中火後,

蓋上鍋蓋悶煎8分鐘即可食用。

 

Prepare the pot and put in 50cc of water,

Put the frozen chicken-dumplings  in the pot,

turn on the stove to medium heat

Cover the pan and steam for 8 minutes.

Vegetables

 



水煮 Boiled

準備一鍋滾水,撕開包裝後放入滾水中,

滾水煮約3分鐘,即可食用。

 

Prepare a pot of boiling water,

tear open the package and

put vegetables into the boiling water.

Boil for about 3 minutes and serve.

鍋煎 Pan-frying

將冷凍蔬菜放入冷鍋中,轉開小火後,

蓋上鍋蓋悶煎3分鐘即可食用。

(綠花椰菜建議先川燙退凍)

 

Put the frozen vegetables into a cold pot,

turn to low heat,

Cover the pot and steam for 3 minutes.

(For broccoli, it's recommended to blanch it first )



微波爐 Microwave

從冷凍庫取出冷凍蔬菜後,

撕開包裝一角放入微波爐,

設定650W,約5-6分鐘即可食用。

 

Take out the vegetables from the freezer.

Tear open the corner of the package

and put it in the microwave,

Set to 650W and serve in about 5-6 minutes.

將冷凍牛排/鴨胸取出,

撕開包裝後放入氣炸鍋,

設定180度,約12-20分鐘,

取出後靜置2分鐘,即可食用。

 

Take out the frozen steak/duck breast,

then tear open the package

and put it in the air fryer.

Set to 180 degrees, about 12-20 minutes,

Take it out and let it sit for 2 minutes before eating.

 

鍋煎 Pan-frying

將冷凍牛排/鴨胸取出後,

連同包裝放入熱水浸泡12-18分鐘

待牛排/鴨胸退凍後,放入冷鍋中,

轉開中小火,帶皮面煎3分鐘即可食用。

 

Take out the steak/duck breast.

Keep the meat in its packaging and

submerge it in hot water for 12-18 minutes.

Once the steak/duck breast is thawed,

removethe packaging and place it in a cold pan.

Turn the stove to medium-low heat and

fry the meat with the skin side down for 3 minutes.


 

微波爐

將冷凍牛排/鴨胸取出後,

撕開包裝一角放入微波爐,

設定650W,約8-10分鐘即可食用。

 

After removing the frozen steak/duck breast,

tear open the corner of the package

and put it in the microwave,

Set to 650W and serve in about 8-10 minutes.
